Please note that the following shipping countries are classified as high risk region due to the track record of mail service such as parcel tracking, service integraty of local post office, loss rate of mail delivery. The 20% charge on the shipping fee will be required from buyer in order to complete the transaction before shipping, this covers the insurance of 100% refund, resend if loss in deilvery or serious damage on parcel.
